SEC. 911. COMMITTEE FOR PURCHASE FROM PEOPLE WHO ARE BLIND OR SEVERELY DISABLED. (a) Wagner-O’Day Act.—Section 1 of the Act entitled “An Act to Create a Committee on Purchases of Blind-made Products, and for other purposes”, approved June 25, 1938 (commonly known as the Wagner-O’Day Act; 41 U.S.C. 46) is amended by striking “from the Blind and Other Severely Handicapped” and inserting “From People Who Are Blind and Severely Disabled”. (b) Small Business Act.—Section 15(c)(1)(A) of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 644(c)(1)(A)) is amended by striking “from the Blind and Other Severely Handicapped” and inserting “From People Who Are Blind or Severely Disabled”.
