SEC. 913. TECHNOLOGY-RELATED ASSISTANCE FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES ACT OF 1988.The Technology-Related Assistance for Individuals With Disabilities Act of 1988 is amended— (1) in section 221(a)(1) (29 U.S.C. 2251(a)(1)), by striking “nonprofit or for-profit entities” and inserting “public or private agencies and organizations, including institutions of higher education,”; (2) in section 222(a) (29 U.S.C. 2252(a)), by striking “non-profit and for-profit entities” and inserting “public or private agencies and organizations, including institutions of higher education,”; and (3) in section 231(a) (29 U.S.C. 2252(a)), by striking “non-profit and for-profit entities” and inserting “public or private 106 STAT. 4488agencies and organizations, including institutions of higher education,”.
