SEC. 110. CLIENT ASSISTANCE INFORMATION. (a) In General.—The Act is amended by inserting after section 19 (as added by section 109(a)) the following new section: “SEC. 20. CLIENT ASSISTANCE INFORMATION. “All programs, including community rehabilitation programs, and projects, that provide services to individuals with disabilities under this Act shall advise such individuals, or the parents, family members, guardians, advocates, or authorized representatives of the individuals, of the availability and purposes of the client assistance program under section 112, including information on means of seeking assistance under such program.”. (b) Technical Amendment.—The table of contents relating to the Act is amended by inserting after the item relating to section 19 (as added by section 109(b)) the following: “Sec. 20. Client assistance information.”.
