SEC. 601. PILOT PROGRAM. (a) Definition.— Section 611(a) (29 U.S.C. 795(a)) is amended by striking “section 7(8)” and inserting “section 7(8)(A)”. (b) Personal Assistance Services.—Section 611(b)(1)(K) (29 U.S.C. 795(b)(l)(K)) is amended by striking “attendant care” and inserting “personal assistance services”.
