SEC. 603. DEFINITIONS. Section 616 (29 U.S.C. 795e) is amended— (1) by adding “and” at the end of paragraph (1); (2) by striking “; and” at the end of paragraph (2) and inserting a period; and (3) by striking paragraph (3).
