AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS.

SEC. 613. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS. (a) Authorization.— Title VI (29 U.S.C. 795 et seq.) is amended— (1) by redesignating section 623 as section 622; and (2) in section 622 (29 U.S.C. 795i) (as so redesignated by paragraph (1) of this subsection) by striking “section 621, $16,070,000” and all that follows and inserting “this part, such sums as may be necessary for each of fiscal years 1993 through 1997.”. (b) Table of Contents.— The table of contents relating to title VI is amended by inserting after the item relating to section 621 the following: “Sec. 622. Authorization of appropriations.”
