AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS.

SEC. 801. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS. The text of section 215 of the State Justice Institute Act of 1984 (Public Law 98–620; 42 U.S.C. 10713) is amended to read as follows: “Sec. 215. There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out the purposes of this title $20,000,000 for fiscal year 1993, $20,000,000 for fiscal year 1994, $25,000,000 for fiscal year 1995, and $25,000,000 for fiscal year 1996. Amounts appropriated for each such year are to remain available until expended.”.
