SEC. 314. REINSTATED ENTITLEMENT FOR CERTAIN SURVIVORS. Section 156(a)(1) of Public Law 97–377 (96 Stat. 1830, 1920) is amended— (1) in subparagraph (B), by inserting “or who meets the requirements for entitlement to the equivalent of such benefit provided under section 412(a) of title 38, United States Code” after “month”; and (2) in subparagraph (C), by inserting “, or to the equivalent of such benefit based on meeting the requirements of section 412(a) of title 38, United States Code,” after “(42 U.S.C. 402(g))”.
