SEC. 404. EXTENSION OF DEMONSTRATION PROGRAM. Section 405 of the Act (42 U.S.C. 1395qq note) is amended— (1) in subsection (c)(2), by striking “1995” and inserting “1996”; and (2) in subsection (e), by striking “1995” and inserting “1996”.
