SEC. 901. REPEAL OF EXPIRED REPORTING REQUIREMENTS.The Act is amended— (1) in section 116, by striking out subsection (d); (2) in section 204(a)— (A) by striking out paragraph (2); (B) by striking out “(a)(1)” and inserting in lieu thereof “(a)”; 106 STAT. 4591 (C) by redesignating subparagraphs (A) and (B) as paragraphs (1) and (2), respectively; and (D) in paragraph (2) (as redesignated by subparagraph (C)), by striking out “subparagraph (A)” and inserting in lieu thereof “paragraph (1)”; (3) in section 602, by striking out subsection (a)(3); and (4) by striking out section 803 (as redesignated by section 701(b) of this Act).
