SEC. 113. TRIBAL HEALTH PROGRAM ADMINISTRATION.Title I of the Act (as amended by section 112 of this Act) is amended by adding at the end the following new section:106 STAT. 4543 “tribal health program administration “Sec. 121. The Secretary shall, by contract or otherwise, provide training for individuals in the administration and planning of tribal health programs.”.
