CLARIFICATION OF COST-SHARE REQUIREMENTS.

SEC. 2101. CLARIFICATION OF COST-SHARE REQUIREMENTS.Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the project for flood control, Rio Grande Floodway, San Acacia to Bosque del Apache Unit, New Mexico, authorized by section 203 of the Flood 106 STAT. 4684Control Act of 1948 (Public Law 80–858) and amended by section 204 of the Flood Control Act of 1950 (Public Law 82–516) is modified to more equitably reflect the non-Federal benefits from the project in relation to the total benefits of the project by reducing the non-Federal contribution for the project by that percentage of benefits which is attributable to the Federal properties: Provided, how-ever, That the Federal property benefits exceed 50 per centum of the total project benefits.
