DEFINITIONS.

SEC. 3202. DEFINITIONS. (1) The term “Foundation” means the South Dakota Game, Fish and Parks Foundation, a nonprofit corporation under the laws of the State of South Dakota with its principal office in South Dakota. (2) The term “wetland trust” means a trust established in accordance with section 3602(b) and operated in accordance with section 3602(c).
