SEC. 305. CONSTRUCTION OF BOAT RAMPS AND DOCKS AT J. STROM THURMOND LAKE, GEORGIA. Section 1134(e) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1986 (100 Stat. 4251) is amended by inserting “(1)” before “In any case” and by adding at the end the following new paragraph: “(2) If a person who purchased property under paragraph (1) for replacement of property for which a lease held by such a person was terminated under this section and the property for which the lease was terminated had a boat ramp or dock, or both, the Secretary shall permit such person to construct or have constructed a boat ramp or dock, or both, as the case may be, at the replacement property. A boat ramp or dock constructed under this paragraph shall be comparable in size and configuration to, and shall be maintained in accordance with, regulations issued by the Secretary.”.
