SEC. 312 LITTLE GOOSE AND LOWER GRANITE, WASHINGTON. (a) Measures.— The Secretary is directed to undertake such measures as are necessary to compensate for damages caused to public and private property by the drawdown undertaken in March 1992 by the United States Army Corps of Engineers at the Little Goose and Lower Granite projects in Washington. The costs of such measures shall be considered project costs and shall be allocated in accordance with existing cost allocations for the Little Goose and Lower Granite projects. (b) Authorization of Appropriations.— In addition to amounts previously appropriated, there is authorized to be appropriated to carry out this section $8,000,000. Such sums shall remain available until expended.
