KLAMATH GLEN LEVEE, CALIFORNIA.
SEC. 320. KLAMATH GLEN LEVEE, CALIFORNIA. The Secretary shall determine whether or not a design deficiency exists at the Klamath Glen levee at the confluence of Klamath River and Tewer Creek in Del Norte County, California, that is resulting in erosion at the toe of the levee. If the Secretary determines that such a deficiency does exist, the Secretary shall take such actions as may be necessary to correct the deficiency.
