SEC. 322. WATER SUPPLY NEEDS OF MAHONING VALLEY SANITARY DISTRICT, OHIO. The Secretary shall cooperate with State and local officials in reviewing the water supply needs of the Mahoning Valley Sanitary District, Ohio. As part of such review, the Secretary shall conduct a study of current and future water allocations at Lake Milton and Neander and Berlin Reservoirs, Ohio.
