SEC. 212. USE OF PRIVATE SECTOR RESOURCES IN SURVEYING AND MAPPING. To the maximum extent practicable, the Secretary shall make use of private sector resources in carrying out surveying and mapping activities in the Civil Works Program of the Corps of Engineers.
