SEC. 112. MONTGOMERY POINT LOCK AND DAM, ARKANSAS. The Secretary shall proceed expeditiously with design, land acquisition, and construction of the Montgomery Point Lock and Dam on the White River, Arkansas, authorized as part of the McClellan-Kerr Waterway by section 1 of the River and Harbor Act of July 24, 1946 (60 Stat. 635–636).
