SEC. 117. DEAUTHORIZATION OF A PORTION OF THE CANAVERAL HARBOR, FLORIDA, PROJECT. Section 1080 of the Intermodel Surface Transportation Efficiency Act of 1991 (105 Stat 2020) is amended by inserting “thence north 00°–18′–51″; west, a distance of 764.43 feet;” after “551.30 feet;”.
