SEC. 202. AVIATION SECURITY TRAINING.Section 316(c) of the Federal Aviation Act of 1958 (49 U.S.C. 1357(c)) is amended by inserting “(1)” after “(c)” and by adding at the end the following new paragraph: “(2) Reimbursement for certain expenses.—At the discretion of the Administrator, reimbursement may be made for travel, transportation, and subsistence expenses for the security training of non-Federal domestic and foreign security personnel whose services will contribute significantly to carrying out civil aviation security programs under this section. To the extent practicable, air travel reimbursed under this paragraph shall be conducted on United States air carriers.”.
