SEC. 403. ADMINISTRATION OF AVIATION INSURANCE PROGRAM. (a) Review.—The Comptroller General of the United States shall conduct a review of the administration of the aviation insurance program under title XIII of the Federal Aviation Act of 1958 during the Persian Gulf conflict for the purpose of determining methods of improving the efficiency of the administration of such program by reducing the paperwork and time period required for provision of insurance under such program. 106 STAT. 4898 (b) Report.—Not later them 1 year after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Comptroller General shall transmit to Congress a report on the results of the review conducted under subsection (a), together with any recommendations of the Comptroller General for improving the efficiency of the administration of the aviation insurance program under title XIII of the Federal Aviation Act of 1958.
