SEC. 116. EXTENSION OF STATE BLOCK GRANT PILOT PROGRAM. (a) Extension.—Section 534(a) of the Airport and Airway Improvement Act of 1982 (49 U.S.C. 2227(a)) is amended by striking “1992” and inserting “1996”. (b) Participating States.—Section 534(b) of such Act is amended— (1) by striking “3” and inserting “7”; and (2) by adding at the end the following new sentence: “The 7 States to be selected for participation in the program in fiscal years 1993, 1994, 1995, and 1996 shall include the 3 106 STAT. 4882States selected for the participation in the program in fiscal year 1992 (Illinois, Missouri, and North Carolina).”.
