SEC. 103. DEFINITION OF NURSING HOME CARE. (a) Clarification of Definition.— Section 101(28) is amended— (1) by striking out “skilled” in the first sentence; and (2) by striking out the second sentence and inserting in lieu thereof the following: “Such term includes services furnished in skilled nursing care facilities, in intermediate care facilities, and in combined facilities. It does not include domiciliary care.”. (b) Conforming Amendments.— Section 620(e)(1) is amended— (1) by striking out the first sentence; and (2) by striking out “(as defined in section 101(28) of this title)”.
