AIR TRAFFIC CONTROLLER STAFFING.
SEC. 120. AIR TRAFFIC CONTROLLER STAFFING.The Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration shall develop and submit annually to the Committee on Public Works and Transportation of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation of the Senate a report containing the staffing standards used to determine the number of air traffic controllers needed to operate the air traffic control system of the United States, a 3-year projection of the number of air traffic controllers needed to be employed to operate such system to meet such standards, and a detailed plan for employing such controllers, including projected budget requests.
