SEC. 112. REPORT ON USE OF CONTRACT-CARE AUTHORITIES. (a) Revised Report Requirement.— Section 603 is amended by adding at the end the following new subsection: “(c) The Administrator shall include in the budget documents which the Administrator submits to Congress for any fiscal year a detailed report on the furnishing of contract care and services during the most recently completed fiscal year under this section, sections 612A, 620, 620A, 624, and 632 of this title, and section 115 of the Veteran’ Benefits and Services Act of 1988.”. (b) Repeal of Previous Requirement.— Section 201(b) of the Veteran’ Health Care Amendments of 1979 (Public Law 96–22; 93 Stat. 54) is repealed.
