SEC. 523. HEALTH PROFESSIONALS EDUCATION PROGRAMS. (a) Extension Of Health Scholarship Program.— Section 7618 is amended by striking out “September 30,1992” and inserting in lieu thereof “December 31,1995”. (b) Health Professionals.— Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Secretary of Veterans Affairs may not provide payments to health-care professional employees of the Department of Veterans Affairs for payment of tuition loans.
