SEC. 3005. PROJECT STUDY. The Secretary of the Army shall conduct studies for navigation projects for Provincetown Harbor, Massachusetts, and Aunt Lydia’s Cove, Chatham, Massachusetts, and shall evaluate the benefits of the projects to commercial fishermen at full manufacturing wages. After completion of the studies, the Secretary of the Army shall carry out the projects under section 107 of the River and Harbor Act of 1960 (33 U.S.C. 577).
