SEC. 5004. SHORE FACILITIES IMPROVEMENTS AT GROUP CAPE HATTERAS. Of amounts authorized to be appropriated for acquisition, construction, rebuilding, and improvement, the Secretary of Transportation shall expend not more than $5,500,000, in Fiscal Years 1993, 1994, 1995, 1996, and 1997, for shore facilities improvements within Group Cape Hatteras, North Carolina.
