AUTHORIZING PAYMENTS TO CERTAIN SUBCONTRACTORS.

SEC. 5219. AUTHORIZING PAYMENTS TO CERTAIN SUBCONTRACTORS. (a) Not later than 6 months after the date of enactment of this Title, the Secretary of Transportation shall determine the amounts that MZP, Incorporated, owes to all subcontractors that performed work or supplied materials under Coast Guard contract DTCG50–87–C–00096. (b) Investigations or interviews conducted to determine amounts owed under subsection (a) shall be conducted in Ketchikan, Alaska. (c) not later than two months after making the determinations under subsection (a), the Secretary is authorized to pay the sub-contractors the amounts owed.
