COMMERCIAL SPACE LAUNCH ACT AUTHORIZATION.

SEC. 211. COMMERCIAL SPACE LAUNCH ACT AUTHORIZATION. Section 24 of the Commercial Space Launch Act (49 App. U.S.C. 2623) is amended— (1) by striking “1992” and all that follows through “(2)” and inserting in lieu thereof “1993.”; and (2) by adding at the end the following: There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary for fiscal year 1993 $4,900,000 to carry out this Act. The Secretary may not collect any user fees for any regulatory or other services conducted pursuant to this Act, unless specifically authorized by this Act.”.
