SEC. 505. TECHNICAL AMENDMENT RELATING TO COLLECTION OF CERTAIN INDEBTEDNESS TO THE UNITED STATES. (a) Deposit of Coast Guard Amounts.— Section 5301(c)(4) is amended by inserting before the period at the end the following: “or to the Retired Pay Account of the Coast Guard, as appropriate”. (b) Effective Date.— The amendment made by subsection (a) shall apply with respect to funds collected after September 30, 1991.
