SEC. 311. PROHIBITION ON OPERATION OF NAVAL AIR STATION, BERMUDA. (a) Prohibition.—No funds available to the Department of Defense for operation and maintenance may be used to operate Naval Air Station, Bermuda after September 1, 1995. (b) Report.—Not later than March 1, 1994, the Secretary of Defense shall submit to the Congress a report that contains a plan for the termination of the operation of Naval Air Station, Bermuda. (c) Operation on Reimbursable Basis.—The Secretary of Defense may provide support for airfield operations at Naval Air Station, Bermuda after September 1, 1995, except that any such support shall be provided only on a reimbursable basis.
