SEC. 342. LIMITATION ON CONSOLIDATION OF MANAGEMENT OF DEPOT-LEVEL MAINTENANCE WORKLOAD. The Secretary of Defense may not, during fiscal year 1994, consolidate the management of the depot-level maintenance workload of the Department of Defense under a single Defense-wide entity.
