SECTION 1. EXTENSION OF RELEASE FROM CROSS-COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS. Section 103(h)(16)(C) of the Agricultural Act of 1949 is amended by striking out “and 1988” and inserting in lieu thereof “through 1990”.
