SEC. 362. MODERNIZATION OF AUTOMATED DATA PROCESSING CAPABILITY OF THE DEFENSE COMMISSARY AGENCY. In order to perform inside the Defense Commissary Agency all automated data processing functions of the Agency as soon as possible, the Secretary of Defense shall, consistent with other applicable law, take any action necessary to expedite the modernization of the automated data processing capability of the Agency, including the adoption of the use of commercial grocery industry practices and financial management programs with respect to such processing.
