SEC. 284. NAVY LARGE CAVITATION CHANNEL, MEMPHIS, TENNESSEE. Amounts authorized to be appropriated pursuant to section 201 for the Navy shall be available to the Secretary of the Navy for the acquisition of real property under section 2819 of this Act (related to the Navy Large Cavitation Channel, Memphis, Tennessee).
