ARMY RESERVE COMMAND.

SEC. 941. ARMY RESERVE COMMAND. Section 903 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1991 (Public Law 101–510; 104 Stat. 1620; 10 U.S.C. 3074 note) is amended— (1) in subsection (a), by striking out “shall be a major subordinate command of Forces Command” and inserting in lieu thereof “shall be a separate command of the Army commanded by the Chief, Army Reserve”; (2) in subsection (b)(2), by striking out “Commander-in-Chief, Forces Command” and inserting in lieu thereof “Commander-in-Chief, United States Atlantic Command”; and (3) by striking out subsections (c) through (e).
