SEC. 113. NUCLEAR, BIOLOGICAL, AND CHEMICAL PROTECTIVE MASKS. Of the unobligated balance of the funds appropriated for the Army for fiscal year 1993 for other procurement, $9,300,000 shall be available, to the extent provided in appropriations Acts, for procurement of M40/M42 nuclear, biological, and chemical protective masks.
