SEC. 115. CLOSE COMBAT TACTICAL TRAINER QUICKSTART PROGRAM. Funds authorized to be appropriated for the Army for procurement for fiscal year 1994 by section 101 may be used for long lead procurement of component hardware items to accelerate the Close Combat Tactical Trainer Quickstart program.
