F-14 AIRCRAFT UPGRADE PROGRAM.

SEC. 128. F-14 AIRCRAFT UPGRADE PROGRAM. None of the funds appropriated or otherwise made available to the Department of Defense for procurement for fiscal year 1994 107 STAT. 1569may be obligated for the F-14 aircraft upgrade program until 30 days after the date on which the Secretary of the Navy submits to the congressional defense committees a report on that upgrade program that includes the following information: (1) A description of the F-15E equivalent strike upgrade configuration selected for the F-14D upgrade program. (2) A schedule for conversion of the F-14D fleet to the upgraded configuration. (3) A description of the F-14D strike upgrade derivative configuration selected for the F-14A or F-14B upgrade program. (4) A schedule for conversion of the F-14A and F-14B fleet to an upgraded configuration. (5) The total number of F-14A and F-14B aircraft to be converted. (6) A funding plan for implementing the upgrade programs.
