SEC. 1314. EXPANSION OF BUSINESSES ELIGIBLE FOR LOAN GUARANTEES UNDER THE DEFENSE DUAL-USE ASSISTANCE EXTENSION PROGRAM.Section 2524 of title 10, United States Code, is amended— (1) in subsection (b)(3), by striking out “small businesses” and inserting in lieu thereof “small business concerns and medium-sized business concerns”; (2) by redesignating subsection (g) as subsection (h); and (3) by adding at the end the following new subsection: “(g) Definition.—In this section, the ‘medium-sized business concern’ means a business concern that is not more than two times the maximum size specified by the Administrator of the Small Business Administration for purposes of determining whether a business concern furnishing a product or service is a small business concern.”. 107 STAT. 1787
