SEC. 1104. REVISION OF DATE FOR SUBMITTAL OF JOINT REPORT ON SCORING OF BUDGET OUTLAYS.Section 226(a) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— (1) by striking out “Not later than” and all that follows through “section 1105 of title 31”, and inserting in lieu thereof “Not Later than December 15 of each year”; and (2) in paragraph (1), by striking out “that budget” and inserting in lieu thereof “the budget to be submitted to Congress in the following year pursuant to section 1105 of title 31”.
