TRANSFER OF FUNDS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF FAMILY HOUSING, SCOTT AIR FORCE BASE, ILLINOIS.

SEC. 2310. TRANSFER OF FUNDS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF FAMILY HOUSING, SCOTT AIR FORCE BASE, ILLINOIS. (a) Transfer Required.—The Secretary of the Air Force shall transfer to the County of St. Clair, Illinois (in this section referred to as the “County”), all funds made available for the construction of military family housing at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois, as authorized in section 2302(a) of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1993 (division B of Public Law 102–484; 106 Stat. 2595). (b) Use of Funds.—All funds transferred pursuant to subsection (a) shall be used by the County for the construction, at a location acceptable to the Secretary, of a family housing complex to replace the Cardinal Creek Housing Complex at Scott Air Force Base.
