SEC. 2854. ALLOTMENT OF SPACE IN FEDERAL BUILDINGS TO CREDIT UNIONS.Section 124 of the Federal Credit Union Act (12 U.S.C. 1770) is amended in the first sentence— (1) by striking out “at least 95 per centum” and all that follows through “and the members of their families,”; and (2) by striking out “allot space to such credit union” and all that follows through the period and inserting in lieu thereof “allot space to such credit union without charge for rent or services if at least 95 percent of the membership of the credit union to be served by the allotment of space is composed of persons who either are presently Federal employees or were Federal employees at the time of admission into the credit union, and members of their families, and if space is available.”.
