SEC. 3312. MODIFICATION OF NOTICE AND WAIT REQUIREMENTS FOR DEVIATIONS FROM ANNUAL MATERIALS PLAN.Section 5(a)(2) of the Strategic and Critical Materials Stock Piling Act (50 U.S.C. 98d(a)(2)) is amended by striking out “and a period of 30 days” and all that follows through “more than three days to a day certain.” and inserting in lieu thereof “and a period of 45 days has passed from the date of the receipt of such statement by such committees.”.
