SEC. 3401. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS.There is hereby authorized to be appropriated $146,391,000 for fiscal year 1994 for the purpose of carrying out the Federal Civil Defense Act of 1950 (50 U.S.C. App. 2251 et seq.).
