SEC. 3143. WORKER HEALTH AND PROTECTION. (a) Hanford Health Information Network.—Of the funds authorized to be appropriated to the Department of Energy for fiscal year 1994 under section 3101(a), $1,750,000 shall be available for activities relating to the Hanford health information network established pursuant to the authority set forth in section 3138 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1991 (Public Law 101–510; 104 Stat. 1834). (b) Protection of Nuclear Weapons Facilities Workers.—Of the funds authorized to be appropriated to the Department of Energy for fiscal year 1994 for environmental restoration and waste management, $11,000,000 shall be available to carry out activities authorized under section 3131 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Years 1992 and 1993 (Public Law 102–190; 42 U.S.C. 7274d), relating to worker protection at nuclear weapons facilities.
