EXTENSION OF REVIEW OF WASTE ISOLATION PILOT PLANT IN NEW MEXICO.Section 1433(a) of the National Defense Authorization Act, Fiscal Year 1989 (Public Law 100–456; 102 Stat. 2073) is amended in the second sentence by striking out “four additional one-year periods” and inserting in lieu thereof “nine additional one-year periods”.
