SEC. 309. AMENDMENT TO SECTION 307 OF THE NATIONAL SECURITY ACT. Section 307 of the National Security Act of 1947 is amended by striking “provisions and purposes of this Act” and inserting in lieu thereof “provisions and purposes of this Act (other than the provisions and purposes of sections 102, 103, 104, 105 and titles V, VI, and VII)”.
